The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. It involves 24x7 shift coverage (IST) and a focus on risk-aware decision making and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–5 years of related business experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small Operations Support team, delegating daily tasks and improving procedures.
• Provide training, monitor quality and performance, and recommend pay promotions or terminations.
• Analyse operations data to make informed evaluations and solve issues.
• Identify staffing needs and act as a backup manager when required.
• Maintain risk awareness and ensure compliance with Citi policies.
