Job summary

Citigroup is seeking an Ops Sup Sr Supervisor in hybrid format based in Missouri. You will lead a small Operation Support team, mentor staff, train on quality, and drive process improvements to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience with at least one year in supervision, strong Microsoft Office skills, and solid communication abilities. You will be the SME to stakeholders and may back up the manager as needed.
