Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union seeks a Payments Specialist II-Digital to ensure accurate daily ACH and Wire postings, reconcile files, and support emerging payment channels. The role handles domestic and international wires up to $1M, verifies OFAC compliance, and resolves payment disputes across Zelle, RTP, and Bill Pay.

The position operates on a 2nd shift with a shift differential, offers a hybrid work arrangement, and provides opportunities for internal promotions and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a financial institution with ACH or Wire experience.
• Knowledge of OFAC compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and review daily ACH and Wire postings for accuracy.
• Balance daily files from banks and ACH applications; generate exception reports.
• Manage domestic and international wires up to $1M; verify OFAC compliance.
