Togetherhood, LLC is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Operations team in New York. The role covers the supply side of our marketplace, with cross-training across various operational areas to support instructors, staffing, onboarding, and peak-season needs.

You will help design and automate workflows, develop reports and dashboards for KPIs, and contribute ideas for automation and new playbooks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or process-oriented roles in tech-first organizations.
• Interest in early-stage startups and comfort in that environment.
• You embrace technology in all you do.
• You are organized and detail-oriented with many details to track.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute key operational processes; coordinate outreach to instructors for Day 1 readiness.
• Build, automate, and track operational processes; implement AI-based automations and dashboards.
• Learn, grow, and contribute to scaling; help shape docs, playbooks, and specials projects.
