OnTrac is seeking an Operations Quality Manager to strengthen the quality management framework across the organization. You will lead audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with operations, engineering, and compliance teams. The position requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies, auditing practices, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of standard office software and QA technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to maintain professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Conduct quality reviews, inspections, and audits to verify compliance with established standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Analyze quality defects, customer complaints, and process deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, update, and manage quality records, procedures, work instructions, and reports to support compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce defects, and improve product and service quality.
• Monitor adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company quality policies while supporting internal and external audits.
