Job summary

Equilibar, based in Fletcher, NC, seeks a Quality Manager to maintain and continuously improve the QMS. You will work across Engineering, Production, and Customer Support to identify quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong audit performance, and leadership of the quality team, with focus on regulated industries including biopharmaceutical and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality personnel and programs.
• Experience with ISO-based QMS in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Equilibar's QMS and ensure quality processes are followed.
• Coordinate audits and act as primary contact for certifying bodies.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support customers in regulated industries with quality documentation.
• Develop the quality team and promote continuous improvement across functions.
