Job summary

Onterris Payroll, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System (QMS) and governance framework. You will ensure the operating system is implemented, maintained, measured, and continuously improved across the organization.

You will report to the Director of Quality, collaborate with SMEs, and drive CAPA, audits, and regulatory alignment while supporting growth and client commitments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management, compliance, operational excellence, auditing, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit programs; ISO-based frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs.
• Ensure current, approved SOPs are in place; manage document control and periodic reviews with SMEs.
• Develop and oversee enterprise audit programs across service lines; track findings and drive CAPA.
• Administer CAPA process and analyze quality trends to identify improvements.
• Translate regulatory requirements and monitor ambient/fenceline regulations.
• Manage risk registers, training compliance, KPIs, and support acquisitions.
