Job summary

You will implement projects to improve operations, support logistics for multiple offices, and coordinate projects to sustain efficient office systems.

Qualifications

• Analytical and communication skills to initiate and support continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations/logistics of multiple offices.
• Coordinate projects to support operations across offices.
• Help maintain and develop office systems and procedures and communicate them company-wide.
• Plan and coordinate company meetings and events.
• Assist project managers and staff with corporate information communication.
