Envita Solutions, a division of The Heritage Group, is offering a dynamic internship on the Customer Impact Team in the Indianapolis office. You will map and visualize workflows, document handoffs, and help consolidate processes for clearer, more efficient operations.

This hybrid, full-time role develops skills in process mapping, CRM tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates are pursuing operations, management, or related fields and welcome hands-on, paid internship

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Operations/Management or related field.
• Experience in operations, process improvement, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map and visualize workflows within the Customer Impact Team.
• Document handoffs between the Customer Impact Team and supporting departments.
• Consolidate overlapping processes into a single, clear approach.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and reference documentation.
• Prepare monthly/annual waste activity reports and support CRM tracking.
