Responsibilities

• Map and document current scheduling processes across the Customer Impact Team.
• Audit existing scheduling and dispatch data for accuracy, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Recommend and help implement improvements to scheduling workflows and SOPs.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, vendors, and suppliers for programs.
• Build tracking tools and references in Excel to support scheduling visibility.
• Support CRM tracking and process improvement initiatives.
• Potential for local travel to meet customers and tour facilities.
