Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; preferred Bachelor's in data-related field.
• Experience in data analytics or business intelligence is beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Audit current data practices and identify redundancies or gaps.
• Document data movement and standardize data entry procedures.
• Support CRM data updates and maintenance.
• Translate data findings into clear summaries and visuals for stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly/annual waste activity reports and analyses.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data and billing accuracy.
• Assist in writing and updating data workflow process documentation.
