Job summary

Envita Solutions is offering a dynamic internship within its Operations organization on the Customer Impact Team in Indianapolis. You will map workflows, consolidate processes, and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve data, billing, and reporting accuracy.

The role provides hands‑on experience with process mapping and cross‑functional teamwork through a paid internship. Required high school or equivalent, with preference for a Bachelor’s in a related field; strong Excel, Outlook, and AI

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in operations, process improvement or customer service preferred.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills; familiarity with AI tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Map and visualize current processes within the Customer Impact Team.
• Document handoffs between teams and departments.
• Identify overlapping processes and consolidate into one.
• Create process maps, workflows and reference documentation.
• Support CRM tracking and data accuracy across teams.
• Assist with monthly/annual waste activity reports.
• Travel locally to meet with customers and tour facilities as needed.
