Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Operations Leader in Raleigh to partner with Management, HQ, and Sales, driving end-to-end execution of operational and commercial activities while ensuring U.S. regulatory compliance and alignment with group reporting standards.

You will oversee budgeting, payroll coordination, procurement, order management, and documentation, plus monitor credit exposure and support cross-functional initiatives, with a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics for a global company.
• 3PL experience (contracts, negotiation, onboarding, etc).
• Import/export experience (customs compliance, documentation, freight, etc).
• Procurement and order management.
• Financial acumen for payroll and invoicing.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• WMS/IMS/ERP skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Management, HQ, and Sales to drive seamless execution of operational and commercial activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (tax, employment) and alignment with group reporting standards.
• Oversee budgeting, expense control, and procurement.
• Lead end-to-end order management and documentation processes (contracts, invoicing, shipping docs).
• Monitor customer financial exposure and support collections; improve sales workflows and reporting.
• Escalate complex client issues and coordinate marketing and HR support activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects led by VP or HR.
