Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director of AI Product Ops to lead the operational evolution of the TAAP product organization. You will drive an AI-first product-ops function across Bedrock and Catalyst, while modernizing SDLC and embedding AI maturity across the portfolio.

You will manage a lean, senior team, align product, engineering, and design, and shape cross-functional governance. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic transformation across Tax, Audit, Accounting & Practice

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations leadership at scale.
  • Familiarity with modern product management practices and collaboration with PM, Eng, and Design squads.
  • Proven experience implementing modern agile SDLC structures and automating project-tracking workflows.
  • Experience in regulated or professional software industries; AI governance is a plus.
  • Track record of leading change-management and upskilling teams to adopt modern capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, Engineering, MIS, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-first product operations across TAAP Core and Agentic portfolios.
  • Build and automate cross-team visibility, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Drive a TAAP-wide change-management program and communications cadence.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a lean, high-impact product-ops team.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and design to evolve SDLC processes for AI-enabled workflows.
