Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Director of AI Product Ops for Direct Tax & Audit to lead operational transformation and a lean, AI-first Product Ops office. You will automate coordination tasks with AI agents, unify product operations across Bedrock and Catalyst, and drive an AI maturity program across the division to enable faster customer-centric product delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations leadership at scale.
• Deep familiarity with modern product management practices in tech, high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven experience implementing modern agile SDLC structures and automating project-tracking workflows.
• Experience in regulated software industries where data security, AI governance are critical.
• Demonstrated track record of leading change-management, upskilling teams, and driving cultural transformations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• AI-First Product Operations across Core (Bedrock) and Agentic (Catalyst) portfolios.
• Drive a near-zero-overhead model by automating coordination tasks with AI agents.
• Own multi-product dependencies and build automated tooling for cross-team visibility.
• Support modern SDLC workflows with AI tools (Linear, Slack, GitHub, Claude).
• Collaborate with Customer Success to migrate customers smoothly.
• Define and execute metrics that matter to move the business forward.
• Lead AI-maturity roadmap from L1 to L3 and beyond.
• Enable PMs with AI tools and AI-first product development.
• Build scalable shared capability playbooks for teams.
