Job summary

PRI Technology is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily functions and drive long-term growth for a mid-size CPA firm. The role focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing client service delivery, and achieving operational excellence across departments.

You will own the team’s workflow end-to-end, lead cross-functional initiatives, and oversee how admin integrates with tax and other service lines, embedding operations within all lines of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience in a CPA, accounting, legal, or consulting firm strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop two Direct Reports. Directly lead, manage, and hold your team accountable.
• Own the client experience from first contact through onboarding and project completion, coordinating service delivery across the firm.
• Own Operational Support Across Service Lines. Support technical service delivery across compliance, advisory, and bookkeeping/accounting: tax processing workflow, IRS and government correspondence, tax form preparation support, and bookkeeping/accounting coordination — working hand-in-hand with each line's team, not around them.
• Support HR & Internal Operations. Partner with the firm's HR function to support firm health and internal operations.
