Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administration, or business management.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and cross-functional initiatives.
• Financial and business acumen with experience managing operational metrics.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing technology solutions to improve efficiency is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations with focus on efficiency and client service.
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize workflows, staffing, and strategy execution.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and collaborate with IT on automation.
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory requirements and policy governance.
• Monitor KPIs, oversee billing and financial performance, and support budgeting.
