Job summary

Publicis Groupe's PHM health media arm in the US seeks an Associate Director, Operations to drive financial accuracy, workflow consistency, and process improvement across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will oversee end-to-end financial management, track milestones, and foster cross-functional partnerships to streamline delivery and increase efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and experience in media operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or PM experience in a media agency with financial and scoping exposure.
• 2+ years of people or workstream management experience.
• Experience managing internal stakeholders and client-facing relationships, including Procurement.
• Demonstrated experience managing agency financial operations (billing, reconciliation, tracking, reporting).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PM/operational tools such as Workfront, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital, media, or pharma projects preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Support end-to-end financial management, including budget authorizations, tracking, client billing, and supplier invoice reconciliation.
• Operational Tools, Systems & Processes: Manage and enhance tools, systems, and processes that enable strong operational performance across teams.
• Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate operational components of large initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Build relationships across planning, investment, operations, finance, and reconciliation teams.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Champion data accuracy, compliance, and process best practices.
