Qualifications

• Utility experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process completed work orders and provide field work support.
• Perform data entry, time reporting reconciliation, and expense reporting.
• Coordinate meetings and travel for the field operations department.
• Greet and direct customers, answer phones, and serve as primary on-site contact for contractors and vendors.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting and ensure data integrity.
