Responsibilities

• Utilize, allocate, and manage resources for programs and projects.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize regular meetings with impacted individuals to foster relationships and gather feedback.
• Provide administrative support for daily operational activities of the program.
• Use databases and spreadsheets to track outcomes, data, and finances.
• Compile data and prepare reports and presentations; communicate status and progress.
• Assist in developing short and long term plans and strategies for programs and monitor progress.
• Assist in designing performance objectives and monitor outcomes.
• Assist with training development and delivery.
• Assist with outreach planning according to program needs.
