Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado seeks an Operations Supervisor in Aurora to lead a team of administrative staff. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and modeling best practices while managing scheduling, PTO, and day-to-day performance for direct reports.

The position requires a strong focus on performance metrics, audits, and building collaborative partnerships with hospital leaders. Shift is day, Monday–Friday with hybrid work options, and the role sits within Orthopedics Administration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years previous relevant experience in a health care setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Finance, or related field will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, screens and selects applicants for administrative support roles.
• Educates staff on job processes.
• Manages day-to-day work flow for staff and provides mentorship.
• Sets performance goals and communicates accountability.
• Maintains employee engagement and oversees timekeeping and attendance.
