Job summary

Planet Group in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for a 1+ year contract (potential contract-to-hire after ~6 months). The role supports the section lead with data entry, reporting in Excel, and SAP-based purchase orders and change requests.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week) and robust benefits. You will collaborate with project controls, management, finance and operations to expedite status, review invoices and maintain change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP purchase orders and change requests.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to create reports.
• 5+ years of relevant experience acceptable with HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and change requests in SAP per SOPs.
• Update status via reports in Excel and track progress.
• Collaborate with project controls, management, finance and ops.
• Review change orders per client approval process.
• Review and monitor invoices; maintain change order logs.
• Prepare cost reconciliations and explain variances.
