The ideal candidate has at least five years of construction, design, or operations experience, proficiency with Excel and SAP, and strong written and verbal communication to partner with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience in construction, design, maintenance, or operations.
• Strong understanding of work order creation, purchase requisition creation, and capital/O&M policy.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Create non-design work orders, purchase requisitions, and reconcile work orders.
• Assist customers with SAP errors in work order release and requisitions.
• Support automation development and training for related workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of work processes, vendors, safety, and contracts.
• Process requests accurately and timely.
