You will extend the data pipeline, create dashboards for senior leadership, and turn ambiguous data into actionable insights with rigorous documentation and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, dimensional modeling and QA-ready outputs.
• Experience building modular data pipelines and self-service dashboards.
• Ability to connect operational metrics with business outcomes and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the FTE Allocation Report across OKRs and operations.
• Develop engineering velocity reporting with flow metrics and baselines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to productionize the pipeline with automated processes.
• Link engineering effort to product metrics and commercial results, defining ROI.
