Tillster in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics initiatives across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations. You will design dashboards, run GA4 reporting, and deliver actionable insights to drive decisions in a fast-paced restaurant-tech environment.

The role demands 5–7 years of analytics experience, strong SQL and Looker/LookML skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of data analytics experience in a data-focused role.
• Strong SQL expertise with window functions and complex queries.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker and LookML.
• Familiar with GA4 data collection and analytics tagging.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics initiatives from framing to delivery.
• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with proper methodology.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
• Ensure data quality and provide actionable narratives.
