Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Operational Data Analyst to join our Tech Operations team—a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of data engineering, commercial analysis, and strategic insight. Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency for dimensional and fact tables.
• Experience building production data pipelines and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the FTE Allocation Report—our primary view of tech headcount distribution across OKRs, operations, and maintenance.
• Build out engineering velocity reporting including flow metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput) and make delivery performance visible to leadership.
• Work with data engineers to productionize the pipeline with scheduled, monitored, production-grade solutions, owning SQL logic and data definitions.
• Connect engineering effort to business outcomes by linking FTE allocation and delivery to product metrics and ROI.
• Extend reporting scope to measure adoption, usage, and deprecation for product and tech leadership.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences and present findings to senior leadership.
• Design reporting methodology and manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure strong documentation practices and keep systems well explained.
