• Experience sourcing and staffing candidates from online databases and job postings.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, and staffing candidates from online databases, contact lists, and job postings; passive candidate sourcing via networking and social media.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs and ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
• Increase branch profitability by growing existing business and managing gross margin dollars.
• Assist with ad generation and job postings for new business and recruiting sources.
