Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, based in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an International/Foreign Credential Admissions Counselor to be the first contact for prospective online students and help enroll them in online degree programs.

The role is hybrid, with on-site work 3 days/week for the first 90 days after training; starting salary is $50,000 per year with potential to six figures after 5 years of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates with related work experience will be considered.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; phone and email proficiency.
• Empathy and coaching skills for diverse Grand Canyon University students.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: reach out to new and prospective online students with campaigns and calls.
• Counseling: provide exceptional guidance to prospective students via phone, email or text.
• Guide applicants through admissions requirements, credits, payment options and timelines.
