Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Brentwood, TN. The position supports onboarding activities, including documentation, orientations, and vendor coordination, with client-facing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of onboarding/HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced team environment.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or administrative roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms is ideal but not required.
• Willing to be onsite two days a week in Brentwood.
• Comfortable with long-term contract work.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.

Mansioni

• Manage the onboarding process including offer letters, screenings, and I-9 paperwork.
• Facilitate new hire orientations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
