Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in California is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to guide the intake, onboarding, and service initiation for consumers and providers across assigned branch locations. You will be the primary contact for families, providers, and Regional Center partners, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and completion of onboarding and eligibility requirements.

This role supports provider matching, maintains compliant records, and works cross-functionally with Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, intake coordination, or operational workflows is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake activities by receiving, processing, and tracking consumer referrals.
• Manage onboarding pipelines from intake to service initiation and milestones.
• Support provider onboarding including documentation collection and scheduling.
• Verify eligibility, certifications, background checks, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Operations and Regional Center teams and maintain status updates.
