Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our high-volume fulfillment center. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee safety, training, and performance, and partner with Operations to ensure timely maintenance and efficient resource use.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, ensuring proper documentation, managing invoices, and coaching staff. Flexible to cover all shifts and overtime as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations.
• Associate degree or technical field; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Skilled trades license is a plus.
• Proven leadership in supervising a dynamic work team.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to use CAD is a plus.
• Experience in HVAC, compressors, electrical knowledge, tilt tray systems.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, plumbing, forklift maintenance.
• Familiarity with packaging machines and fire systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Security systems and PLC/controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Train technicians on required safety procedures.
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign maintenance work and preventive tasks.
• Provide timely and courteous service to Operations teams.
• Ensure technicians have skills and knowledge for duties.
• Oversee daily activities of technicians.
• Coordinate with Building Services for inventories of tools and supplies.
• Process invoices for timely payment.
• Ensure daily maintenance documentation is completed.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance to Operations management.
• Report problems to next shift and upper management as needed.
• Keep storage and shop areas neat and organized.
• Coach technicians and apply discipline to improve performance.
• Provide cross-training and track skills progression.
• Be flexible to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends.
