Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale, retail, merchandising, or sales support experience.
• Experience supporting order management and purchase order processes.
• Ability to analyze sales, inventory, and performance data to identify trends.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities to meet objectives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to execute account strategies and seasonal initiatives.
• Maintain account documentation, setup processes, and assist with sell-ins and business reviews.
• Manage order entry, planned unit maintenance, and PO tracking from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate end-to-end samples including ordering, tracking, and showroom readiness.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to support objectives.
• Monitor retail trends, pricing, and in-store execution to identify opportunities.
