Job summary

Solomon Page is hiring a Temporary Wholesale Operations Support Associate for a NY corporate fashion retail company within the Uniforms team. The role focuses on administrative, reporting, and project coordination support across cross-functional groups to drive client programs.

Ideal candidates will manage multiple projects, prepare weekly status updates, and create presentations and client-facing materials, while maintaining dashboards and ad hoc analytics for business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, project coordination, merchandising, sales support, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing key client accounts by preparing weekly status updates and reporting packages.
• Support client communications and deliverables to ensure timely execution of program objectives.
• Monitor customer service and quality-related issues and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Serve as a liaison between Account Management and internal cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports for ongoing client programs.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and track action items across multiple teams.
• Monitor open issues, client requests, and system enhancement initiatives for timely resolution.
• Support meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with planning for client meetings, trade shows, and QBRs.
