Job summary

o5 group in New York City is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production process from development through shipping. You will collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Sales, overseas teams, and factories to keep programs on time, on cost, and on quality.

The role requires strong organizational skills, three or more years in production, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BlueCherry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in production from development through shipping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production status updates with overseas factories.
• Manage the style master and issue POs to factories.
• Monitor sample approvals, trims and fabrics; review weekly WIPs with overseas teams.
• Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendar for pre-production/TOP samples, lab testing, and inspections.
• Analyze production requirements and build production manuals per account.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Technical Design to drive on-time approvals.
• Coordinate vessel bookings and work with freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
• Troubleshoot quality issues with factories and technical teams.
• Support costing inquiries and maintain costing charts.
• Coordinate delivery of factory-direct orders to the customer’s freight forwarder.
