Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support or Business Analyst roles for Front Office in financial services.
• Knowledge of Equity products including Equity Derivatives, Listed Options, and Securities Lending.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 functional and technical support on Equity and Option trading applications.
• Work directly with Front Office traders to address incidents and user requests.
• Test new features and system updates to meet business needs.
