Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Front Office Application Support within eTrading environments.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and pre-trade workflows.
• Solid technical skills in Unix/Linux, SQL, and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for ION Front Office eTrading applications.
• Troubleshoot trade lifecycle issues.
• Investigate trade and data breaks using SQL.
• Analyze issues across FIX, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Monitor and debug systems on Unix/Linux.
• Build automation scripts for monitoring and reconciliation.
