Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Support Analyst in Front Office trading environment.
• Ability to perform functional testing and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for Front Office trading applications.
• Respond to trader inquiries and resolve incidents quickly.
• Build relationships with trading desks for system issues.
• Gather and document business requirements for enhancements.
• Perform functional testing of new releases and bug fixes.
• Liaise with IT Development teams for timely fixes.
• Monitor system performance and address user issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and management.
