eToro in New York City seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to join the US Finance team. The role focuses on financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, tax, and treasury management across regulated US entities.

You will support US Financial Controller and collaborate across global Finance on close, reporting, and automation efforts, with exposure to crypto and digital assets and a growing US footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounting experience, ideally with public accounting and industry exposure.
• Experience in broker-dealer, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.
• CPA preferred; Series 27 or 28 a strong advantage.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems: NetSuite, QuickBooks or Priority.

Responsabilités

• Own month-end close processes with journal entries, reconciliations and variances.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting (FOCUS, DFS, etc.) for MSB/VC ops.
• Collaborate on intercompany reconciliations and cash postings.
• Manage crypto/digital asset operations and custody accounting.
• Oversee accounts payable activities and spend platforms (Brex, Expensify).
• Support audits and tax reporting (W-9, W-8, 1099).
• Identify control gaps and drive process automation and efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc projects across regulated US entities.
