Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Client Accounting Clerk in our New York office (hybrid). You will support the Client Accounting Department by handling document storage, scans, indexing, and retrieval of client charges using Aderant and other systems.

You will help with audits and weekly reporting while upholding confidentiality and accuracy, coordinating with attorneys and staff. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks are

• Knowledge of firm software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems.
• Interpret and follow instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data storage and retrieval for client documentation.
• Scan documents and index using firm PDF programs and archiving systems.
• Retrieve client charges and disbursement backups using Aderant and related tools.
• Assist audits of Aderant Expert Image databases and maintain weekly reports.
• Support the Client Accounting Department and assist attorneys and staff.
