Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in New York is seeking a Client Accounting Accruals Assistant for a hybrid role. You will provide client accounting analysis, track unbilled expenses, and partner with E-Billing and Billing & Collection teams to meet reporting deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of general office experience, proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client accrual requests end-to-end.
• Prepare and forward accrual data and compile for distribution.
• Validate matter/billing details across E-Billing platforms and Aderant.
• Maintain accrual administration and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys and business services.
• Collaborate with E-Billing, Billing & Collection teams daily.
