Job summary

CAA Brand Consulting, part of Creative Artists Agency, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst focused on Data Science & Innovation. You will support AI applications and workflow deployment, while keeping the operational rhythm of the department.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and working with AI tools across teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of analyst or coordination experience, with strong MS Office and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as analyst, coordinator, or product-support role.
• Working knowledge of AI tools with a product-management mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Test, document, and maintain AI workflows and tooling on approved enterprise AI platforms; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and scale the team's shared AI component library, establishing reusable architectural frameworks.
• Facilitate the integration and deployment of proprietary AI systems and internal tooling to support account and functional teams.
• Track and analyze live workflow metrics to identify performance drift and issues, mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with Insights & Analytics, Strategy, and other teams to support rollout of AI applications.
• Manage usage and spend tracking dashboards and monthly reporting cadence to Finance.
• Oversee vendor portal administration, provisioning workflows, and platform compliance.
• Manage intake process for new workflow requests and the use case inventory.
• Drive daily operational continuity across the Business Operations function.
