Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in audit/assurance or investment operations.
• Experience with alternative investments and private funds required.
• Knowledge of fund structures, NAV, and capital activity.
• Hands-on with portfolio reporting systems like Addepar or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of portfolio data with custodians and managers; ensure data integrity.
• Produce investment reporting and maintain portfolio reporting systems, align with accounting records.
• Support investment execution across asset classes including capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain transaction calendars, fund notices, and onboarding of new funds and managers.
