Job summary

The Points Guy is seeking a driven Account Manager to power our inbound partnerships business from our New York office with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu, remote Mon & Fri). You will manage inbound RFPs, craft media plans, and collaborate with sales leads across travel, retail and finance to turn interest into revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in digital media account management, strong communication, and a sales mindset, with a passion for premium media partnerships and client

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital media account management.
• Experience handling inbound RFPs and agency briefs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in moving into a direct sales role.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day intake and response for inbound RFPs and agency briefs.
• Grow and manage a set of mid-market accounts across travel, retail, auto, tech, beauty, and financial services.
• Serve as a go-to contact for brand partners and their media agencies throughout the RFP and planning cycle.
• Build strategic proposals, vet creative feasibility, and package ideas that win business.
• Build and present high-impact media plans, proposals, and renewal decks.
