Job summary

Linkby is seeking a Partnerships & Growth Manager to join our NYC team hybrid role, three in-office days (Tue–Thu). You will onboard brand and agency partners, drive revenue, and manage client relationships to maximize lifetime value.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in digital marketing, advertising, publishing, or PR with an existing network. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 plus KPI-based bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in brand partnerships, business development, or adtech sales.
• Proven sales record with KPI achievement.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Existing network of brands/agencies is a plus.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks is advantageous.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Become primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for your client patch.
• Own client retention by proactive cohort and churn management.
• Prospect, meetings, onboard/sell Linkby platform to advertisers/agencies.
• Drive revenue and maximize lifetime value for clients on platform.
• Nurture prospects and convert leads into revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized client patch aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless client integration with account managers.
