Red Ventures is seeking a Director of Account Management for The Points Guy in New York, NY. The role leads partner strategy and manages a team driving renewals, growth, and engagement with major issuers, loyalty programs, and travel brands.

The position offers a hybrid schedule based in our New York office (Tue–Thu) with remote Mondays and Fridays, overseeing cross-functional partnerships and delivering revenue growth through data-driven optimization.

Formación

• 6–8+ years in Account Management, Partnerships, or Customer Success, with 2+ years in team leadership.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level partner relationships, ideally in travel, loyalty, fintech, or media.
• Deep commercial and analytical acumen; uses data to inform strategy and decisions.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation at executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead partner relationship strategy and end-to-end performance for a portfolio of top-tier accounts.
• Mentor and manage the Account Management team for long-term growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to activate partner campaigns.
• Develop forecasting, reporting, and optimization frameworks to boost revenue.
• Build business-ready partnership materials and strategic growth plans.
• Identify new partnership models aligned with content, audience, and monetization.
