Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Chief Engineering Division Director to lead our engineering governance and technical analysis across mechanical, structural, electrical, and fire protection disciplines in support of commercial nuclear, federal nuclear, and new nuclear programs.

The role is hybrid with three days in the office and approximately 25–40% overnight travel, across multiple U.S. locations, including Kennesaw, GA and Chattanooga, TN.

Qualifications

• 25+ years engineering experience in commercial nuclear power and related fields.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of NRC regulatory requirements and nuclear QA programs.
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy and mentor senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering governance across Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Fire Protection teams.
• Oversee technical reviews and governance processes to support regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Represent ENERCON with utilities, regulators, and industry groups to grow nuclear engineering portfolio.
• Lead and mentor Chief Engineers and discipline leads across multiple offices and projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering Directors and Operations Leadership to drive innovation and digital engineering.
