Job summary

The University of Michigan Center for Reproductive Medicine Ann Arbor (CRM-AA) seeks an Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering fertility care, including IVF, IUI and fertility preservation. The APP will conduct visits, coordinate treatment plans, and participate in compassionate patient care across pregnancy and fertility treatment paths.

We value candidates with NP/PA credentials, Michigan licensure, and several years of REI or related experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan.
Current specialty certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Women?s Health Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
Current national Nurse Practitioner certification recognized by the State of Michigan.
Current DEA registration
Current American Heart Association-approved BLS certification.
A minimum of five years (in the last ten years) APP experience in REI, fertility care, women?s health, OB/GYN, adult acute or critical care, or an surgical specialty.

Responsibilities

Conduct new-patient, follow-up, treatment-planning, treatment-cycle, postprocedural, and early-pregnancy visits.
Obtain relevant histories, perform focused physical examinations, and develop evidence-based assessments and plans of care.
Manage patients undergoing ovulation induction, controlled ovarian stimulation, IUI, IVF, fertility preservation, and related treatments in collaboration with the REI physician team.
Order and interpret laboratory, ultrasound, imaging, and other diagnostic studies; coordinate treatment adjustments and timely clinical follow-up.
Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, monitoring, procedures, risks, expected outcomes, and time-sensitive treatment instructions.
