Job summary

Kindbody's Rogers Clinic is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a fast-paced, growing fertility care team. You will educate patients on infertility evaluations and cycles, oversee cycle processes, and coordinate treatment plans such as IVF and Egg Freezing, while maintaining EMR documentation and providing patient counseling.

The role requires PA/NP licensure (MN), DEA, BLS, ACLS, and ultrasound proficiency, with 3+ years in fertility/OBGYN.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in fertility practice or Ob/GYN.
• Current PA/NP license in MN.
• Active DEA license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Active ACLS Certification.
• Experience with EMR and G-Suite.
• Ultrasound experience with SIS and embryo transfers.
• Passion for women's health; fertility is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures.
• Oversee cycling process: injection training, consent reviews, medication questions, and general cycle questions.
• Oversee patient conversion: follow-ups, tracking, emails, and funnel status from assessment to cycle.
• Coordinate treatment plans (Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, FET).
• Provide counseling, teach procedures, and relay physician orders.
• Document patient information in EMR per procedures.
• Perform routine phlebotomy as needed.
• Perform intrauterine inseminations.
• Perform transvaginal ultrasounds (baseline, cycle visits, OBs, follicle scans).
• Perform SISs, Embryo transfers, and physical exams as necessary.
• Create compassionate environment; support patients and families.
• Work independently to meet program goals.
• Support excellence in customer service.
• Provide feedback to HQ on process improvements.
