Michigan Medicine’s Center for Reproductive Medicine in Ann Arbor seeks an Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) for a 1.0 FTE, full-time role in REI. The team delivers fertility evaluation and treatments including IUI, IVF, embryo transfer and fertility preservation.

The position requires NP or PA licensure in Michigan, specialized REI experience, and DE A/BLS credentials. Credentialing, benefits, and a comprehensive schedule accompany a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP program and licensed as NP in Michigan.
• Current RN license and NP license in Michigan.
• Certification as NP in Family/Women's Health/Adult-Gerontology.
• Current national NP certification recognized in Michigan.
• Current DEA registration and AHA BLS.
• Minimum five years APP experience in REI, fertility care, women’s health, OB/GYN, adult acute or critical care, or surgical specialty.

Responsabilités

• Conduct new-patient, follow-up, treatment-planning, treatment-cycle, postprocedural, and early-pregnancy visits.
• Obtain histories, perform focused exams, develop evidence-based care plans.
• Collaborate with REI physician team on ovulation induction, IVF, fertility preservation, and related treatments.
• Order/interpret labs, ultrasound, imaging; coordinate adjustments and follow-up.
• Triage concerns, initiate appropriate treatment or escalation.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, meds, monitoring and procedures.
• Document care and participate in quality-improvement and safety activities.
• Perform procedures such as pelvic ultrasound, IUI, hysterosalpingography, and IUD placement/removal.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current RN license and Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan

Family Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certification

Current national NP certification (Michigan)

Current DEA registration

AHA BLS certification

Minimum five years APP experience in REI/women’s health/OB-GYN

Licensed Physician Assistant in Michigan

ARC-PA/CAAHEP/CAHEA accredited PA program

NCCPA certification

Michigan Controlled Substance License

DEA registration
