Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver high-quality fertility care in Palo Alto, CA. The APP will conduct exams, order tests, and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physicians in a fast-paced fertility center.

Requirements include NP or PA licensure, prescriptive authority, NCCPA, and board certification in FNP/WHNP or PA credentials. The role demands patient-centered care and strong teamwork in a HIPAA-compliant, modern EMR environment.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority required.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required.
• Current state license as a Physician Assistant required.
• Current NCCPA certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical records, and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Conduct infertility evaluations and gynecologic exams.
• Perform morning monitoring including ultrasound monitoring of cycles and IUI.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and provide referrals.
• Provide patient counseling on fertility treatment plans and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
